This 45-page photojournal / guidebook expands on my experiences in Cuba in June/July 2017. During pre-travel research, it was difficult to find clear and consistent information about places, travel restrictions, internet connectivity, currencies, socialism in Cuba, and more. This guide includes tips and recommendations for local sightseeing, restaurants, arts, live music, AfroCuban cultural experiences and more in both Havana and Viñales town. While jumping in blindly was an experience in itself, a little more context could certainly enable getting more out of your time. Here is a little information from an artist's lens, to demystify a solo black female's travels through Cuba.
